Our website has a number of security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information submitted by you. Our donation and volunteer forms have restricted access limited only to those persons and banking organizations necessary for its proper function. Highly sensitive data including credit card information is additionally secured through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

State law allows contributions up to $2,500 per person, business, or corporation per election to state and local candidates. This means a husband and wife can give up to $5000 for the election, however, they must sign separate checks to do so. A person who owns a corporation may give the maximum personally and the maximum from their business or corporation, but the contributions must be made with separate checks. Your information will not be shared with any third party or any of our partners.

Information on Children

Because we care about the safety and privacy of children online, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13, without express and verifiable parental consent. Our site is not intended to solicit information of any kind from children under 13.

By donating and/or volunteering using one of our online forms, you agree to receive email communications from our campaign. Email communications may consist of campaign news, notices of events, requests for volunteers at events or fundraisers, or general news pertaining our campaign.
